How much snow do you have?

It’s weird here- I’m on the Loudoun/Clarke line and it’s been snowing steadily for over 24 hours and still going, yet there is only about 5” on the ground. No idea how that is possible. There should be at least double that. It was so cold last week, it’s not like the snow wasn’t sticking at first or ???

How does it look where you are?

of the weather line that seems to happen a lot.

I have lived here 20 years and I swear there is some kind of bubble over VB/Norfolk other southside cities that the weather goes around us.

In my wild imagination I suspect the Navy is doing weather manipulation.

More likely it is the onshore winds.

So about 5 in actual snow. Switched to freezing rain mostly about this time yesterday. Roads are really clear.

Western Missouri. It’s been all around us. I am beginning to feel a sense of dread about it being our turn for a “big one”.

Stay safe.

There's still an occasional flake, but it probably won't amount to much. It is pretty on the dark-green boxwoods, though.

After we got some snow yesterday, the temp went up into the mid-thirties and it was drizzly. Between the temperature and the rain, the snow is melting. There are light snow flurries today and the air is misty. Stay warm and cozy!

Just under five inches. It was very wet and dense. It eventually settled down to about 3-1/2 without much melting.

I've blocked the sidewalk so the letter carrier won't even think about delivering any mail. It's covered with ice. We're getting flurries now.
