(120,883 posts)Add it to the increasing pile of losses. The only thing they could do about losing in the WI Supreme Court would be to petition for cert. to the US Supreme Court, which of course will go nowhere at all.

(2,816 posts)One of the conservative justices has voted with the liberals and his opinion was scathing last week. I will be glad when the ruling comes down. I cant imagine the conservative justices want to rule to invalidate over 200,000 ballots. They do have to run for re-election and that type of ruling would just piss off the voters - who have not been voting conservative lately.

Then Donnie could also see Russia from his house and Sarah would finally become VP of a country.
We could admit Puerto Rico and leave the flag as is. Everybody wins.

(2,816 posts)arguments of Trumps team and could very well side with Trump (they did last week). Hegedorn has been more centrist - but anyone that worked for Walker scares me.

And if somehow, this suit were to succeed (and I haven't bothered to even read just what it alleges), that will hardly turn the election over to Trump.

(2,816 posts)not hear it without going through a lower court. Hegedorn wrote the opinion. He is very conservative and could easily rule with the other conservative justices. I hope not, but he is unpredictable. The case was dismissed in the lower court, but they did agree to hear it.
