Just interviewed @SenRonJohnson
who holds hearing tomorrow on election "irregularities."
He said he acknowledges Biden's victory. Asked if the election was legitimate, he said, "Yes."
Contends there were "irregularities" but hasn't seen anything that would alter the outcome 1/2

Johnson said doesn’t have plans to object when EC votes are tabulated by Congress. “Something would have to surface that would call into question the legitimacy of the election.”
Said there are “legitimate questions” about admin. of the election and his hearing will explore them
