First female finance minister buys new shoes the day before

she presents a federal budget in Canada. And fabulous shoes they are. Much better than the Oxford we are used to seeing. The tradition has been improved.

When I was an airline employee, lo these many years ago, I had to wear high heels on a concrete floor for 8 plus hours per day. Lots of plus hours. My feet hurt every single day for ten years. The up side was that I could Christmas shop and never wear out, unlike everyone else I knew.

I am not charmed by these shoes. Not at all.

to walk in those marble or stone floors. I quickly figured out that high wedge shoes were the best with a two inch cushion between my feet and the floor. Saved me really.

Good choice for starters. Yea, the yellow shoes could be next. When I was younger n had to dress professionally, I had tons of shoes..not trendy ones but classic good shoes. I’m long retired n have given all those shoes away but I love a new pair every once in a while. Best wishes to the finance minister

They're horrible for your feet and back and they don't even look attractive - just weird.
