Honouring Indigenous veterans with beaded poppies

Joyce Hunter is a traditional artisan from Weenusk First Nation who is making beaded poppies for Indigenous Veterans Day. The CBC's Marc Doucette met up with her to learn more about what the day means to her and her people.

I love supporting artists and crafters. Hand-crafted items get my attention - especially with Christmas just a short trip up the road.

Where can I get these, assuming they're available for purchase? Anybody know?

but there is nothing in the video nor in the short written material. They are both so meaningful and beautiful.

Edited to add:

CBC has a contact link where you might be able to get more info on possible purchasing of the poppies. Here is the link:

Anybody know?
