If you think this is an abuse of Charter Rights, you haven't read my story. Ultimately the courts are getting a better understanding of what is acceptable and what isn't, will the Security Apparatus care considering the undercover apparatus has precisely ZERO oversight? What's a few lives ruined when a cop can make a great career for him and his family based on the results?

If you ask them their "instincts" should replace the courts and rule of law in this country...
