NDP Leader Tom Mulcair says he will call for $15-an-hour federal minimum wage

"Household debt in Canada is skyrocketing right now, families are having more and more trouble getting by. The good middle class jobs that people used to be able to rely on just aren't there any more," Mulcair said, speaking in Vancouver on Saturday.

The minimum wage in Canada NOW is 10-11 dollars.

Lets face it. A lot of Americans are either: uninformed, non-caring sob's, scared to death of everything or refuse to face facts about the working poor.

I get smoking pissed about this subject. My other country pays 16.50 + an hour. This chicken-shit land offers the hard working populace under 8 bucks. disgusting.
