CSIS to be given 'power to disrupt,' not arrest, in new anti-terror bill

They were never able to arrest so nothing changes there. I would guess the largest "market" for this would be federal policing agents who spread more hatred against our allies than any citizen possibly could.

Sources also confirm that the proposed legislation is expected to create a number of new criminal offenses. Key among those is to make it an offense for anyone to "advocate or promote" terrorism online or through social media.

And with Harper's new designation of Environmental Groups as terrorist cells, they don't stand a chance. He's basically going to use the new law to shut down any website that contradicts or criticizes the Con government.

But another insidious outcome is that their use of police provocateurs in protests like the G-20 to instigate misbehavior in order to give reason for the armoured militarized units to move in and smash heads will now be protected under law.
