I had thought these sorts of cemeteries were only for people who risked their lives in the defense of their country. For the longest time, it seemed the only thing CSIS members risked was dying of boredom. My how times have changed.

But not those who are working domestically. Without a doubt there are many of them operating overseas and in that there are risks.

I compare it to the RCMP officer who wears a uniform, he risks his life on any call, the undercover RCMP agent operates with impunity and without oversight and is rarely if ever at risk. The only lives they risk are those of their targets.
