New Toronto police chief turns down calls to end carding

http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/toronto/new-toronto-police-chief-refuses-to-abolish-controversial-carding-process/article24168683/

A class action lawsuit would put an end to this bs. Just as they were doing in New York, it is pathetic and an insult to justice and the presumption of innocence.

As far as I am concerned this is a derelict of duty. If he did not become a police officer to uphold the Charter of Rights and freedoms, than why did he?
