Massive stadium project planned for Calgary

A huge Calgary arena complex will cost close to a billion dollars and include facilities for CFL football team the Stampeders, as well as NHL hockey's Flames.

especially as oil runs and many are out of work right now. I see Nenshi has concerns and so he should, imo.
