GM as well as Ford are in process of eliminating several Passenger Car Models for next year. Appears we are seeing Detroit bowing to the Asian Competition much like the Eighties. Only this time it is South Korea.

I don't know how US plants will be affected. Apparently they want to reorganize to focus on building hybrids and the like. Devastating to Oshawa. Maybe better for the planet in that cars are changing to less polluting and there is a market for it.This leaked tonight.

Later: they want to concentrate on trucks and SUVs. That is not a fuel and climate saver. **** them.
