What if some unscrupulous Paramedic,Nurse,Doctor etc. has connections to the illegal body parts exchange thing?

Black Market organs, etc., have been a high priced/valued "commodity" for some time now . . .

Even in death. A black market is more likely to develop when there is less supply of something.... not more.
