If Mark Udall(D-CO) had won re-election in 2014, would he and his cousin Tom Udall(D-NM) had ran for

re-election in 2020?

Both Mark and Tom Udall would have won re-election in 2020 by a high single/low double digit margin if they had ran for re-election in 2020.
