It is 39.99 for a year and has been decent. can choose where you connect with quite a few options all over the world.

Has been solid but not blindingly fast.

I honestly don't know a lot about VPNs but this was the first one recommended to me and it's free. I use it mainly to watch BBC shows on their BBC iPlayer. Works great for that -- both on my computer and on my phone.
