has difficulty with my internet. it says connected but no internet.
I am having difficulty remembering what i used to do to solve this problem. Now i am using an Apple laptop connected to same router and internet has not disconnected for me.

First, restart the laptop.
If there's still no Internet, click on the network icon in the notification area of the taskbar (typically to the right).
Click on NETWORK SETTING (bottom)
Click on NETWORK AND SHARING CENTER (in related settings).
Click on TROUBLESHOOT PROBLEMS

... and these are specific to Win 10.

At times like this, Google is your friend. Most problems that occur have happened before, and some successful problem solvers will write about it.

Apparently, people have things to say on the topic.

Good luck.

Sometimes routers hang with new connections.
