Only in Firefox and on DU, the icons are missing and
the the threads don't work right. All of the responses read straight down, no indents. I updated Firefox and it hasn't done any good.
By icons, I am talking about the folder symbols before a thread that catch on fire when there are a lot of responses. Also just noticed the DU logo does not display.
What have I done?

did the update but it hasn't helped.

(1,642 posts)2. I had a similar problem. My user profile became corrupt.
You might try uninstalling and then reinstalling FF. Do not import your profile to the new install.

Often reinstalling will retain the settings from the previous install.
