Windows 10 update today, now I can't shut it down
there is no task listed for shut down...anyone else facing this?

You can do control alt delete and chose shut down

Click on little "windows logo start" in bottom left corner.
A window opens up - for me, I get "menu icon" (three horizontal bars?) in top left corner of this window.
Opens sign off for user, or Power choice.

This really reminds me of a Twilight Zone episode.
I'm sticking with 7 as long as I can. After that it may be Linux.
