Can I post a stupid question about an iPhone 6 here?

I don't know if it belongs in the Apple Users group or here.

My iPhone6 has stopped ringing for all phone calls. I have "Do Not Disturb" off and have it set to accept calls from everyone. There's a ring tone assigned to calls. The volume on the phone is up to halfway.

Nothing is ringing at all, and I'm missing calls I want. I love this phone, but honest to God sometimes it mystifies me.

Thanks in advance.

i was always accidentally turning it on when i wanted it off and off when i wanted it on.

my new trianium case for my 7+ keeps the switch down in a deep hole, so it can't change by accident.
hell, now it's hard to change on purpose!

Is it above the volume switches? I'm pushing that thing, but it doesn't seem to do anything.

if it's back toward the back of the phone, then most sounds are muted.

pull it forward toward the face of the phone.
