A good alternative to free Malwarebytes?
I'm low income Social Security so can't pay for the pro ones.
I tried Bitdefender but didn't like it.
Thanks

(30,149 posts)1. Malwarebytes and Spybot in combination... usually finds everything
but I also have paid for Spyhunter ($40 every 6 months) that finds a few other things that malwarebytes fails on.

actually. Run that live and use the others for manual scans and removal. Don't let them run in the background.

Microsoft win 10.
Windows Defender leaves so much behind
that Spybot, Wise Disk Cleaner, SUPERAntiSpyware, CCleaner, etc find.

Both seem to keep me pretty clean.
