I keep hearing on BBC & NPR radio about that the US is moving against Huawei, but not tbe why, and this article with notation that the CEO was a short termer in the Chinese Army is more then I was finding.

Appreciate it.

Huawei is looked on with disfavor because of their close relationship with the Chinese Communist leadership. Also the DOJ has indicted Huawei:

But the 'why' was not as obvious under the bland articles I was seeing.
