Question for developers re: Zoom-like application

There always seems to be a white label, off-the-shelf option for most all platforms and applications. I'm thinking of creating an online community and privacy is paramount, therefore I'd like most of the features to be contained and available when in the site.

Zoom is obviously super popular right now but it's become evident that their security isn't so great, and they sell your data which I don't think most people realize, though we all should by now.

Are there existing off-the-shelf options to add such a feature to an existing site/community? I know there's basic video chat but I'm not sure if that's one-on-one or if any of them can handle groups and the other features Zoom and GoToMeeting offer.

Thanks!

I see it is considered more secure than Zoom, et al. I'm still hoping there's an alternative existing application to incorporate into a website so users don't have to exit in order to have those video chat/conference features.

Thanks again.
