I got a new computer which was defective which I have since returned. I bought and installed Office
for Student and home on that computer. I need to install that purchase on my new computer. MS says to uninstall it from my other computer which I not longer have. None of their instructions work. Any help. Thanks.

Here is a list of viable alternatives if you don't find a way to get Microsoft to help you with that. You could also contact the place you bought it, if you got it retail.

The odd thing is that when I go to my MS account, it is not even shown as purchased. I have Excel for my expensese and do not want to have to reconfigure it.
