Substack?
There is a fabulous local independent muckraking investigative journalist where I live. He "has" a substack.
Other than his weekly emails in my in-box, would there be a website or app (for Android) where I go to access his work, archive?
I am not understanding how Substack works for readers / subscribers.
I also subscribe to Dan Rather and simply get emails in my inbox from him, too.
TIA!

(2,658 posts)There is also an app for mobile devices that is free. Substack allows anyone to publish and distribute posts and newsletters, and its up to them if they charge for their content. As a reader you can create an account and subscribe to specific publishers so youll get their content automatically.

For those of a certain age - speaking for myself - apps v.websites - .coms - remain a bit of a mystery!

(2,658 posts)Substack on my android phones play store and the app came up called Newsletters & Substack Reader by a company called Nesletterss, LLC. So it looks like your first search was right. That app should do it.

I read that Substack is working on an Android app.
Meantime, I think I'll just access through the "web" (is that the correct terminology? 🤣 .
It worked, entering journo's name then "substack.com".
Thanks for your help!
