(8,447 posts)1. This means the problem is likely in a key Apple app:
mail, safari or messages as an entry point. I presume that its a bug not confined to cellular operations.
(Additional areas of concern in theory include: App Store, keychains, USB, Bluetooth.)
Turn off Javascript in Safari is a key trick. (this will disable K and R in DU. so, i turn javascript on briefly).
Ad blockers are also a help.
Update other browsers if you have them.
Reboot your phone.

for a while.
Avoid Facebook Messenger.
I personally avoid Telegram and have turned it off. I may delete it. Some settings of Telegram essentially invite spam.
