iphone question.
i was given a iphon 2020 se. i want to shoot videos with it. i can only get a few secs of video from it. i wanted to shoot a video of our church decked out in advent colors . any suggesttions . thanks .

Youre sure you set to video and not some sort of weird burst photo mode?

(11,060 posts)the length of video you're trying to record? Before I bought more storage space for my phone, I would sometimes have to delete older photos and videos to make room for new ones.

Check you settings for camera video, mine is set at 1080 @ 30 fps
Its a space saver mode, I dont see any setting for time limits
How much free space do you have on the phone ?

(2,260 posts)Assuming you are properly in video mode, it should be shooting video. The most likely 2 problems then are memory issues. Either your phone is storing it in iCloud, or its storing it on the phone is you have iCloud turned off (which I always do - being dependent on the cloud for anything is unwise). Either way, there may be insufficient memory left if youve had a ton of photos and videos. You might want to double check that.
