I got a tablet a couple months ago, now suddenly within the
last week when I go to Yahoo the page turns 90 degrees to a cell phone view. That is the
only site that does that. I rotate the tablet and it will not rotate the screen. I can't figure what
made it change and can't find anything in the settings to correct it.

Not sure whether that'd be a difference but here's the link: https://mobile.yahoo.com/

(36,698 posts)5. Tried the above, nothing works. The home page is a horizontal view like on a laptop, but soon as
I log in it flips over to a verticle cell phone view. Somehow it recognizes me as being on a mobile phone. No other site does that.
There is also no x to close it even when I sign out. It won't go away to go to another site I have to open Chrome.
