Samsung phones

I had a Samsung Galaxy 5 for several years, and it easily did what I needed. I just decided to get a new phone when I changed services, a cheaper Samsung, that I make a payment on with my bill every month. I don't remember the model, and don't see it on the phone.

On the old phone, I could connect it to my desktop and download all my new photos. I tried that once with the new one, and it shut down my entire system.

So, I am trying to email a bunch of photos to my desktop, one at a time, and it says, "The recipient inbox is full." That is not the case.

Any help?

Transfer data from old phone to new phone. I think you can transfer, using wifi or Bluetooth, to a desktop computer

Press it, it is the settings menu. Scroll to the bottom and select the "About Phone" option. It should tell you what phone you have.

Still a laborious process of uploading your phone images to your Google drive & then downloading to your desktop.

I loved my old Galaxy Note 4! Wow, what a nice phone that was. It was 9 years old when it finally gave out. Now I have a Samsung A14, I think. I bought it online. Never buy a phone you haven't held. The button to bring up the screen is almost undetectable. I hate it but it was a quarter the cost of my old Note 4 & now that I'm retired I couldn't justify the extra cost. It didn't cause any problems when I hooked it to my desktop, though, so there is that. Good luck. I hate tech issues. Why can't it just work?

It works on android, iPhones, Macs and PC's, and will transfer photos back and forth to any of them.

Not a commercial for it. Just something that I used to help a W****** user transfer photos.

You can look around the Google store. I am sure that there are cheap or free apps that essentially create a web server on your phone and you can use your browser on the PC to download one or many at a time.

Email expands every photo (converts it to ascii) on the way, which at least doubles the size of every photo transferred until it's extracted from your mail.
