Smart light

I have been using a smart light with my alexa. It suddenly won't connect to my server. I've tried to reset it and I did get it to blink bur it's still not reconnecting. Any suggestions

The network as well as the device?

If that doesn't work, can you remove it from wherever your list of devices is, then add it back (unless that's what you mean by reset)?
