Windows 11 22H2 Cumulative Fix KB5032190 Enters Recursive Install & Backout Loop

I allowed the 22H2 Cumulative Fix to apply and it went into an install & backout loop that caused my desktop to reboot about a half dozen times before I was able to snap it out of it.

Has anyone else experienced applying KB5032190?

I had an update downloaded that caused it to reboot a couple times which I found troubling. But I have WIN10 and rejected the last few attempts to upgrade.

I thought it was kind of fishy and I really don't like that at all.
