DU has collapsed on my pc

I was using it this afternoon and all of a sudden it switched to a single column screen. I tried restarting. But nope that didn’t fix the problem.

Using my iPhone looked to see if anyone else was having problems. Didn’t look like it, so I logged off and stayed off the rest of the afternoon.

Just tried logging in and that page is all screwed up and when Ilogged on I got the same screwed up displays I got earlier.

Is this a singular problem with my pc or is there a problem with DU?

Try deleting any cookies associated with DU and see if that makes any difference.

If that doesn't work, try deleting your browser cache. It might be reloading the messed-up page rather than trying to get a new one from the server.

You can also force a refresh with CTRL + F5. That will load a fresh copy of the current page in the event that it's trying to load a cached version.

I get that. It happens to any page I open for a few minutes then it goes away. I think that one tie I may have cleared my browser cache too. I don't know if anything I did, other than wait, actually did anything to fix it.

Run whatever virus/malwarebytes check you dan run.

Something must have corrupted the browser or added an extension. You might be bitcoin mining for someone else!

(and reboot, probably after checking everything)

I usually zoom DU to 110% to make it easier to read.

If you're zoomed in too far it'll screw with the margins.

hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and click your browser’s Refresh button. 99% of the time that will fix it.

All of a sudden the site would not format properly on my phone. It looked like what you described.
Then I tapped on something called 1 Tab and it corrected itself.

I have no idea what was going on or why it suddenly corrected itself. It was really strange.

I should add that this was only on Safari. Everything was fine on Chrome.

My situation is on my laptop using Microsoft defender.
All other web sites seem to be fine.
