You might try clearing history (this also clears cache and stored data, IIRC)

Or just restarting the iPad if that doesn't work.

I sometimes have different extensions on the devices, usually no problem.

If one is on cellular and the other on wire or fiber, cloudflare might be treating them differently, as they appear to be coming from different networks. Just a guess.

So I have Google on my iPhone and Safari on my iPad. Two different set ups but I’m in, at least. Appreciate you
