Does anyone use DuckDuckGo on their Windows 10 home computers? How about on
their cell phones? If so, do you recommend it? How does it effect Google apps, like Maps?
I don't want to mess up anything I already have, but the search filter things that Google added in 2023 are driving me nuts. Half the time the 'All' is completely missing. If I want to search on a new travel gizmo, it will just take me to 'Shopping' for the item when I want to read about the product. Also hate being directed to only 'News' results.

(18,122 posts)Excellent search engine. Customisable home page. Does away with Google rubbish results.
Only complaint is image search is not that good and at times I still need to resort to Google images.
