You can convert almost any online multimedia to files. Just google the source to the desired output.
Like this:
Facebook to mp4
YouTube to mp3
you'll get a whole list of sites to do it with. Mostly free.

In Linux there is a program called "Audio Recorder" that does exactly this. It takes the audio you are playing and converts it to a file type of your choice. Sort of like a digital tape recorder. There are a number of similar programs for Linux. I would imagine there is something similar for Windows. "Audacity" should be able to also do this but its not as simple as "Audio Recorder". Audacity is also available for Windows.
