Why does my iPhone 4 now only show DU in the Mobile mode, and I cannot log on? FIXED!!!

Been working fine for years and this morning while canvassing, (perusing DU is a great way to while away the time after you ring the bell), I opened the page and it went mobile mode and is asking me for password, etc.

Of course it gives a cookies error message when I try to log on.

Does anyone know what happened?

My DU settings for mobile devices is still Classic.

Went to settings: Safari: Enable cookies.

Still don't know why it independently decided not to have me logged on, tho....

1. Never had that happen, since I first logged in on the iphone...

2. Can you read DU in regular mode on an iPhone????

You have better eyes than I do!

It's OK on my iPads, but it seems the iPhone would be too small . . . . or force lots of scrolling, no?

3. Yes, I've got very good vision for detail, distance sucks.

I hate the sites that default to mobile view. It seems like "Idiot view" for me.

I do indeed have to pan and scroll a lot but I'm just so used to the format of the standard view that I stay with that.

I think I'm just old and stuck in my ways!

4. I prefer the classic mode too. When my star went away last week, so did that.

Interesting thing to tie to a star membership.

After Skinner's announcement the other day, I re-upped.

Classic mode is back on my iPhone 4.
