Is there a ONE STEP UPDATE button on the Mac?

I and many others have been complaining to Quicken that sent pop-up ad to "upgrade." The only choices are to download and to "remind me later." When one selects the latter, another ad opens with the same choices.

And they keep coming. Obviously. The Quicken people - helpless, no doubt - have been merging all the comments and suggestions, that keep coming but that one cannot reply.

The most recent one is:

"Try this ....in the Quicken 2018 opening screen press "CTRL+Shift" and find and press the "ONE STEP UPDATE button", (it looks like a clockwise circle ↻ all at the same time ... you should get a confirmation that you won"t get prompted anymore. Worked for me a while back.... "

Except I don't know whether there is such a button on the Mac. The only time when I see this symbol is on a web page, like this one, and it for reloading.
