Anyone here know of a good PDF creator/editor?

One that won't attack my computer with a bunch of mal, add and spyware? I have some pdfs that I need to rework the bookmarks on.

HI there
For me , i usually process PDF files using this third party PDF tool.It supports to create PDF files or edit PDF files directly.
Although it is powerful,it is a little bit expensive for me. I also want to know that if there is a cheap PDF tool.
