Dems lose 4 and gain 15 which equals 11

and the Rethugs lose 54 but gain 0?

Do I have my math right? Am I understanding losses and gains correctly?

This is hard to grasp.

Rep Harley Rouda (D) barely defeated Rohrabacher in '18. Then Steel barely deafeated Rouda in November. He was planning to run again. And he was a good rep.
