Has a decent combination of charisma and likability along with the ability for a powerhouse of campaign contributions.

KY is too much of a red state for a Democrat to win. Biden-D lost KY by a double digit margin.
Biden lost NC and FL by a less than 5 percent margin.
Democrats are likely to win NC- open seat and strong Democratic candidate Jeff Jackson.
In FL, Rubio-R is a strong incumbent.
Biden lost OH and IA by a 5 to 10 percent margin.
Democrats have a strong candidate in OH- Tim Ryan-D.
