canned talking points from meetings they make (radio, etc.) and these are handed to them.

Repeated on every venue in a set number of days, and it becomes reality, or as the conservatives says. 'everyone knows' and doesn't need proof.

The only knowing going on is what people heart, no critical thinking is allowed. just repeating.
