Gwyneth Paltrow : 'You're so handsome, I can't speak properly'

Fox News and hate radio were going nuts over this today, making fun of her.

She was caught up in the moment! She was doing a great thing - raising money for Democratic candidates. These elections are so important!

She admires President Obama and was speaking right from the heart. His ideals are what make him handsome!

Right on, Gwyneth, right on!

OUR presidents have sex appeal. I felt that about Bill Clinton, too. LBJ and Jimmy Carter not so much, but NOBODY was sexier than JFK.

Who stirs it up on the other side? reagan? nixon? jerry ford? bush 1? dubya?

But with Barack Obama, I find I go back to the "Is It Sexy to be Smart?" from the early TV Guide cover story basically about Team Kirk vs. Team Spock when the original "Star Trek" series was on. I was on the brains team rather than the brawn team. I find brains sexy in a man. I find Barack Obama's intellect to be sexy. I find his heart to be sexy. I find every picture where he's smooching or nuzzling with Michelle - sexy as hell! I find every picture of him with little kids and eager supporters sexy. But mainly, that's fueled by what I know is in his mind: a HUGE brain. Compare that to the dingdong he followed. Does george w bush even HAVE a functioning brain anymore? How much of it is rotted by all that alcohol and cocaine use? Everything but the vestiges of his lizard brain, that is. We already know reagan had a dramatically dwindling functioning brain - DURING his time in the Oval Office. His face is appealing as all-get-out, but it's what's in there BEHIND the face that appeals to me most, in his case.

Raising money for the mid-term elections, which are crucial for our future.

She loves and supports her President. That is a GOOD thing!

Too bad the OP Self Deleted.. there's comments in there I would just love to address.. ProSense even made the thread.

Gywneth is a beautiful person and opened her home to Democratic Fundraising.. too bad for those who think she's not perfect enough.

Shhhhhh.. we're not suppose to mention that he's handsome! Or some will surely whine about him "being so dreamy" and postulate that's all we care about.. he couldn't possibly be a courageous, compassionate, intelligent, laser focused, brilliant person.. who has done a lot for our country and Planet whether they want to acknowledge it or not.

The idea that the fundraising funds don't go to the elections! Wow, a person has to be so "cool" to believe that!

"Go ahead and hate him then. Hate him all you want. It just makes us love him more."

That shut 'em up good.

I know how to nail people when the long knives come out. Even if I do mix metaphors.

our store regurgitating some crap she heard on hate radio of fox "news" about the new President to be and his wife Michelle.. and I smiled and said "I love them".. then she screwed up her face and stomped out and wasn't heard from again for weeks. But, ours is a popular health store and she couldn't stay away forever.

She never mentioned the President or Michelle again in my presence.

I've found that when someone starts spewing crap around me, nothing shuts them up faster (if at all) than smiling my sweetest and saying that very thing. Of course my smile might take on a slightly more ominous note than yours - I dunno. I do have a Death Ray Stare on hand strictly for emergencies.

I don't think people think for themselves much now. They just repeat what they heard on MSM like it's gospel and need to have it repeated back, or they get anxious or angry.

At times I feel surrounded by robots with no original thoughts or feelings, all programmed by MSM. It's not called 'programming' for nothing.

I feel as if I'm trapped in the 1976 German movie by Werner Herzog:

The setting is an 18th-century Bavarian town with a glassblowing factory that produces a brilliant red ruby glass. When the master glass blower dies, the secret to producing the ruby glass is lost. The local Baron and factory owner is obsessed with the ruby glass and believes it to have magical properties. With the loss of the secret, he soon descends into madness along with the rest of the townspeople. The main character is Hias, a seer from the hills, who predicts the destruction of the factory in a fire.

During shooting, almost all of the actors performed while under hypnosis. Every actor in every scene was hypnotized, with the exception of the character Hias and the professional glassblowers who appear in the film. The hypnotized actors give very strange performances, which Herzog intended to suggest the trance-like state of the townspeople in the story. Herzog provided the actors with most of their dialogue, memorised during hypnosis. However, many of the hypnotised actors' gestures and movements occurred spontaneously during filming.

Media is a great hypnotist.
