The Inaguration

I'm watching President Obama's inaugural address, and I have to say in a way this is more exciting than the first time because it's happening again, he won again! I am just so happy he won again and we don't have to say President Romney, and we never had to say President McCain. Also, it's MLK day and although MLK wouldn't support everything President Obama has done he would still be incredibly happy that this country elected a black president twice. Now I think I am going to go to Fox News I need a good laugh.

I spent all day, just about, watching. The address just blew me away. It was not what I was expecting and I loved it. But the whole thing was so perfect, really. Last time was amazing, but as was said upthread, when he was elected it was historical and of course, Bush was gone and that was big, too. This was an affirmation. This was change that we believed in and so did the majority of the nation. Actually, I'm finding it hard to express the joy so I'll leave it at that.
