2020 US Senate Election- How Democrats will regain control of the US Senate?

Democrats need a net gain of 3 seats if a Democrat has a strong chance to get elected to the White House.
CO(Gardner-R vs Hickenlooper-D)
AZ special(McSally-R vs Kelly-D)
NC(Tillis-R vs Cunningham-D)
Democrats need to gain a 4th US Senate seat if Trump/Pence-R stand a chance of getting re-elected.
ME(Collins-R vs Gideon-D)
If Democratic held US Senate seats up for re-election in 2020 such as (AL-Jones-D and MI- Peters-D) were to go Republican,
Democrats need to win 2 additional Republican held US Senate seats.
Both GA US Senate seats.
KS(Bollier-D vs Kobach-R) and IA(Ernst-R vs Greenfield-D)
