Hillary Clinton

..holy crap, he is being NASTY to a woman asking a question. Both by not calling on her right away (the person he was going to call on deferred to her! HAH!)
It's on MSNBC right now.

(17,379 posts)I saw this, too, George. He was drilled right off the bat about sexism and he had no cogent answer. He was angry he had to address that reporter. He really looks small.

(53,475 posts)Sanders received 3,926,573 fewer votes than Clinton did in 2008.
Clinton's has 2,935,616 votes more than Sanders. In 2008, Obama with the same states completed had 1,409,811 voters more than Clinton.

(67,782 posts)This year so far, not counting the VI or Puerto Rico, there have been about 23 million votes - 13 million less than 2008. There will not be 13 million people voting tomorrow.

George II
(67,782 posts)....when asked, he said to the effect "I'll have more to say about that after tomorrow". That is a LOT different than a simple "No".

(29,111 posts)He seems more than ready for it. He didn't even sound like he believed his own talking points on being the "better candidate" and flipping Supers. He just wants to make sure as many of his supporters still show up to vote, which is understandable. But you could feel from listening to him, he knows it's over.

(12,179 posts)He is actually trying to influence the public and to persuade them to back his quest to wrest the nomination from the legitimate winner?
Good grief. Someone should send in the white coats. He has lost it.

I think in the next 48 hours he will turn that corner, emotionally, and move on to defeating Trump with our nominee.

Someone asking about the weight of this historic moment about to happen...Hillary is genuinely moved by that...
I'm almost overwhelmed already...will be a mess tomorrow night...
I hope I can find a video of that online. I don't have a TV.

(15,438 posts)he acquiesced! Good for her!
Also, he's being asked about his double-standard from how he perceived superdelegates helping Senator Obama in 2008 and how he's pooh-poohed them today! GOOD!
Also read that sources say that President Obama is ready to endorse Hillary Clinton!!

Just now, at Sanders' press conference, he tried to ignore a female reporter asking a question; she asked it anyway.
