It should also be noted that many more ballots have been mailed but not yet received or tabulated by CA election officials

I'm not sure if they've been counted yet, but when I was registered in California, but lived abroad, I faxed in my absentee ballot.

And that the first batch to be counted is the earliest ballots received, then Today's votes, then ballots getting there the next couple days.... So different batches might be different from each other. First batch, the oldest voters, and so on...

group of 41 have already been received and added. People can check if their ballot has been received and counted. Ours have.
