New Jersey has 126 pledged delegates up for grabs.

They use an unusual allocation. Instead of by congressional districts, they base it on their state legislative districts. 20 are formed from 40 legislative districts. 84 delegates will be allocated amongst the 20 districts. An additional 14 are PLEO and 28 are at-large. Both are determined by state-wide election results.

There are 16 unpledged delegates. Clinton has 12, Sanders has 2 and there are 2 uncommitted at this time.
