Campaigns are limited in what they can give to other campaigns. AND more importantly they are not going to help him out when they need to make sure they have enough to win it and other elections this year.

Someone behinds the scenes flips a switch in close races to ensure that Hillary ends up winning them. They even had it narrowed down to a time.
