Bernie Sanders has created a Frankenstein that he no longer control

I just saw Sanders addressing his supporters and received cheers all around when reviewing his stump speech, but when he tried to tack to attacking Trump and promoting the support of Hillary, the boos drowned out any cheers. To me he seemed surprised by the response. I think he will now have to enjoy life under the bus, he is certainly not driving any more.

The far left radicals seem determined to go their own way, destroy the convention, and ensure that the rest of us spend the next four years under Donald Trump.

Trump's campaign director is on CNN right now saying that the Sanders people are right to be pissed off. He is gleeful, literally gleeful that his will not be the only convention distroyed by decent.

2. Those people booing at Bernie's speech are not Democrats nor progressive.

They are only interested in preventing Democratic candidates from winning elections. The behavior at that event today clearly demonstrates those people who were booing are not interested in winning this election for the Democratic Party candidates anywhere.

8. Bernie tonight has got to address this problem.

No, he cannot control those delegates who threaten to dismantle the convention.

But he can more firmly address the problem in his speech and speak directly to them in a way that shows that regardless of what they think or do, he is firmly supporting Clinton.

That he can absolutely do, and every Democrat who is truly a Democrat will be waiting for his response.

11. If someone boos what I say....

... call me touchy, but I would believe they were booing me. I understand that the reaction to Sanders address to his delegates resulted in a (paniced) meeting between the Sanders and Clinton camps on how to keep Sanders delegates from going wild on national TV.

My thought - Sanders needs to understand that you can't rile up your zealous supporters with essentially your stump speech for twenty minutes and then tell them at the end to vote for Clinton. Sanders essentially blew it because after all these years in politics he is till a nieve politician.

He needs to decide what is important RIGHT NOW - continuing his REVOLUTION or defeating Trump. He needs to convey to his followers how he worked with Hillary for years and give detailed examples why she absolutely the best choice over Trump, Stein or not voting at all.
