I'm getting pretty fed up with TYT...

I've been a loyal Young Turks viewer since early 2014 and member of the online "TYT Army" but this election season I'm getting more and more annoyed with the way they're covering things. The constant bashing of Hillary Clinton when the fate of the world is at stake in November and she is the only thing standing in the way of the apocalypse. Recently they started a new segment called #LoserDonald where they make fun of all the ridiculous things Donald tRump does. Though just today they announced that they are going to be launching a new TYTNetwork show with Jimmy Dore called Aggressive Progressives which so far has been completely dedicated to Hillary bashing. I may want to take a break for a while and I was wondering what you guys usually listen to?

18. TYT and voices like them are not about "young dems or progressives" do the slightest amount

of background research on them and you understand where all the yelling, the lack of basic facts, and aggression comes from, their past as equally bombastic and annoying CONS.

It's really pretty simple, these people using RW idiocy, tactics and playbook do NOT speak for young Dems or Progressives, they're actually the old guard of misogynists and RWers who can't contain their hate, and who care very little about the party, the agenda and actual progressive causes. Read their blog entries and you see just how little the represent Dems or progressives, not even the young ones.

If this is what you think of us, then you're already ignoring young Dems and Progressives, we're not this loud, this hateful, or this ignorant about facts, nor do we think foaming at the mouth while spewing misogynistic and false Republican rhetoric from the 90's is something that is commendable.

10. First, Cenk Yunger is no longer a "young Turk". He's 46. Middle age at best.

Secondly, he skewed Hillary during the primaries. Even before that I always felt his show was "look how clever I am". He's a big blowhard.

20. I understand the original "Young Turks" had to do with a political movement during the Ottoman

Empire. Cenk, being from Turkey obviously co-opted this moniker for the online show he started in 2002. Not only did it identify his politically rebellious positions, but yes at 32 then, he was a "Young Turk".
