According to Bitnit polling, there's a three way tie between Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, and undecideds/3rd party candidate supporters among white millenials.
-if you support Donald Trump, fuck you, I wish you nothing but declined credit cards and explosive diarrhea at inopportune times for the rest of your days.
-If you support Jill Stein, you are backing a Putin stooge who selected a Pro-Assad wingnut who repeatedly collaborated with Holocaust deniers as her running mate.
-If you support Gary Johnson, you're backing a candidate who expanded private prisons during his time as Governor of New Mexico, and whose ideology and policies are at the opposite of Bernie Sanders.
-If for some unknown reason you can't decide between Hillary and Trump, you're not nearly as concerned about racism, misogyny, or the rise of fascism as your social media posts might claim.
As I've gotten older and crabbier, I've figured out that the best organizing is a both/and combination of grassroots organizing and action, and changes on a legal/policy level.
If you seriously think that diy/zine culture, grassroots organizing, progressive party building, or progressive downticket candidates will survive in a fascist dictatorship, you're not paying attention to history.
If you claim leftism but repeat 30-year-old debunked right wing attacks on Clinton, you need to stop reading US Uncut.
If you think repeated support for paid family leave and repealing Hyde is a "center right" policy, you're full of shit.
Complacency and tantrum voting when a fascist is one November day from getting the launch codes is unacceptable. Shape the fuck up.
The Michigan voter registration deadline is October 11.
